Sofia Rivera is head of operations at Burgerrock Media. Being one of the first employees at Burgerrock Media, she implemented new company organizational infrastructure still used today. She oversees all agency operations including, but not limited to, maintaining client accounts and facilitating all editorial productions.
As head of operations, she runs and coordinates all meetings between staff and clientele and is responsible for scheduling all occupational events. Ms. Rivera negotiates and finalizes contracts with incoming clients and top PR agencies of A-list celebrities. She obtains new accounts through her charismatic personality and exceptional communication skills. Her assiduous and positive attitude provides the team with encouragement and helps make the company the productive and fun environment it is today.
